Im not a raiders fan.
and I know you dont give a fukk about the raiders. it aint hard to tell.

I know youre here to stick up for the black coach, thats why youre trying to ignore the actual football circumstances. this is not a case here where the black coach was unfairly shafted. I liked hue and he was a good OC. he wasnt a good head coach and that trade only further crippled the franchise

hue wasnt a victim there. Im sad he fukked up trusting a bum ass palmer, but he fukked up and he had to go :manny:

Listen, we don't know if the Palmer trade was really Hue's decision. And we don't know if Hue was pushed into making the trade as a result of job security concerns. Maybe he needed to have a winning season to keep his job, even if a losing season might have been better for the team. Maybe the GM forced him to make the trade.

You're telling me Hue could have absolutely kept his job if he went with a backup and tanked? I think Hue HAD to have a good season or else. When the Campbell injury happened, he had to make a move to show his worth.

I think it was hues idea from the get go. and yes losing your starter midseason after doing ok prolly wouldnt lose him his job

Id say hue might still be here if it wasnt for that palmer trade.

the team wasnt heading anywhere without more talent. you guys believed in a mirage. the shytty defense was there all year but you and hue blame them only for the last game

there was nothing about that team that screamed 'win now'. no-thing. it was still a very rebuilding team that just gave up a first round pick in the draft to pats for seymour.

yall had ONE win against a winning team in 2011. ONE win and believed you could go to playoffs and do something. thats the problem. the bigger problem how yall can approve of this

instead of sitting and waiting patiently for a rebuild, yall wanted to see the magic of win now. well you reap what you sow.
Who said the defense was on only shytty during the Chargers game at the end of the season. They had been a shyt defense for the past 3 years or so. But still a playoff berth is still a playoff berth homie. Weather its wins against playoff bound teams or squads under .500. We haven't done shyt since the superbowl against the Bucs. So we're supposed to be picky on what types of wins we get?:what: The Tebow led Broncos were worst than us they they beat the Steelers in the wildcard game. So anything is possible at least in that first wildcard round. And as for rebuilding?? We've been rebuilding for the past 12 years!!! Hue tried to capitalize on a nice start and the emotion of AL passing and it backfired, fukk it.. we can't go back in time. But to single that out over our past fukkups for the past 10 years is asinine.

Plus to top it all off we didn't have a GM. Never had a GM until AL passed. The only dude left for the franchise was literally the head coach. I wish cats would look at the entire situation that transpired in that moment where Hue made that decision.

Norfeast groovin…
High picks, draft all defense, nothin but killaz. Try to sign some offensive weapons in FA, convert DMC to receiver or file his LH paperwork.
