I’ve gone months without smashing but that’s due to a combination of me not lowering my standards nor tolerating BS. I just focus on myself. When women sees an ambitious man, they’ll gravitate towards you.

I had unrealistically high standards. A lot of men do in this day and age. Im not saying settle for a busted thot, but that average women need love too. The last time I fukked with a downright chick I felt disgusting.
