I felt a lot healthier just by cutting down sugar intake. Sodas, fruit juice, and sports drinks 



The real truth is the food is whats killing us. Like 80%of the people 50+ in my family are type II, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or all the above. All these things are preventable by just changing your diet.
I went to my grandparents and they were literally eating fried food everyday I was. I could even drink the sweet tea because it was too fukken sweet.
He enjoys using the same kind of terms and language that white supremacists and c00ns use to attack black men and women so I wouldn’t pay him too much attentionNot commenting on whatever that privilege is real or not.
But that is the same argument whites use whenever someone talks about white privilege.

Both my parents were on high blood pressure medicine at my age. All my numbers are perfect. Same genetics, only difference is I eat healthy and workout atleast three times a week.not really, you can eat healthy and do all that and still get high blood pressure.
Most black people over 50 have high blood pressure it can just be straight down to genetcs

Why do we have the highest rate of all Cancer diagnoses? I understand more checkups will allow them to catch it quicker and increase the survival rate. But why exactly do we get it more than others?

Those numbers would drop if we took care of ourselves. We don't. You can prevent all of that with just exercise and eating right.
