i hear that, i feel you on that 1. i feel the same way too. i go through the motions with hip hop. the new shyt is just not my thing and then even with the "classics", i don't really "feel it" like i did when i was younger. i revisit the shyt but it don't really hit me like it did when i was younger

thats whats gonna happend to everybody. eventually you get too old to feel music made for younger cats. BUT that most certainly does not mean your eras music is better than ours. nope, no sir.

You can make that argument. Experts laud it as the best in the genre of rap. However TPAB is a better album and a few other rap albums.

I'd put To Pimp a Butterfly over it but yeah, before that MBDTF was my favorite rap album of the 10s.

Incredible production, well used features, and the last time Kanye tried from a writing standpoint.

Agreed. But somehow still a top 2 or 3 Ye album (after CD and LR). Overrated not meaning bad of course.
