You know damn well the jobs left because capitalists knew they can make more in India, Mexico and China.

Lack of Jobs isnt the problem with SF and Seattle, in fact it's the opposite, too many jobs and no real estate.

I cant speak for LA but with SF and Seattle, it's not just over regulation they simply have no room. SF is damn near a peninsula surrounded by the Bay and Seattle has the Cascades to the East and Elliot Bay, and the Sound to the West, the Boonies and Canada to the North. The Seattle sprawl is making it's way South, damm near to Oregon.

The taxpayers have paid billions to local and state leaders to address the problem. But they don't have the will to mandate treatment and enforce vagrancy laws. The public wants something for their money - at least stop encouraging the behavior. These are the same geniuses that set policy for illegal immigration.
