Because of shyt netcoding, OP secondaries/Snipers, etc. BLOPS 2 was much funnier and faster paced. I also like the score system. But that the lag and latency issues that Treyarch never seemed to master made it unplayable the majority of times.

Netcoding and lag/latency I agree with (although it got better). OP secondaries/snipers? Which secondary was OP? Which snipers were OP? Other than the original Kap-40 (which got patched/nerfed), I can't think of any. The Ballista and DSR were good snipers, but not OP. I played a ton of BO2 (probably over 30 days) and really good snipers were very few and far between. I would rarely get bullshyted consistently by someone with a pistol or sniper in BO2. Sniping was OP in MW2/MW3, but not in BO2, Treyarch nerfed quick scoping pretty good.
Positives:
- Maps (3-lane maps)
- Game-modes (new game-modes like hardpoint)
- Balanced guns/maps/perks (OP guns/perks were nerfed, no BS like one man army, danger close, etc)
- Pick 10 system (Don't like using a secondary? Add an extra perk, attachment, etc instead. Tons of customization in create a class)
- Score-streaks instead of kill-streaks (rewarded players for playing the objective)
- League Play (fun, competitive and balanced. Only problem were booters.)
- Zombies
- Solid campaign
Negatives:
- Lag and lag compensation
- Hit detection
Overall, Treyarch did a great job of making a fair, balanced and fun game.

BO2 a top 3 COD breh.
Lag was bad at times but no where near "majority," and the worst of it was always in Ground War when you up against them Brazil hosts.I rarely ever lagged 6v6 or less.
Between MW 1/2/3, BO 1/2 and Ghosts (didn't play earlier CODs), BO2 is the second best COD game, right behind MW1.
