2 years for felony firearms, ERD was 2 flat, MRD was 7&6months,due to my ERD I got sent to a level 2 joint,got caught with a weapon and had an altercation with a CO automatic level 4 joint,now when you level 4 you can kiss that ERD goodbye,plus you dont see the board as much because they really dont give a fukk about you going home,plus for fighting the CO they kept flopping me,no way you making your ERD with those extra charges on file,so I continued to get flopped,only way to go home from level 4&5 is if you max out,otherwise you have to bring your level down as you cant go back on the streets that high of a level,as to them your still a threat to society,so I worked my level down and was deemed "rehabiltated" and got down to a level 1 joint and eventually went home.
