I've never worked there but my last job was retail. HR would print out customer comments each week and put them in the break room.
You'd always see shyt like "you need to hire more employees because there's never anyone around to help me" and "you need to tell your employees to stop bothering the customer while they're trying to shop".

i hate best buy, i rather shop at frys electronics. sales associates at frys actually know they shyt and they acutally make good amount of money too

I live a half mile from one and I still avoid them like the plague.I have no problem with best buy...I like being able to go get what I want right then and there...the only thing I dislike about the stores now are they have pretty much phased out the rap and rnb sections in music....they both get like a row in the music section, if that....
that's what I think it is too: a lot of these cats anti social...goes with the theory I have that as much as the internet gives us access to shyt, it's fukked up people's social skills and just interacting with people period....while bringing us together with info, it's made us more isolated as people....
their warranties are top notch...i dont mind waiting 20 minutes to get a new ipad or some type of electronic device when an old one "dropped accidentally"

Exactly why i like shopping at frys. The sales associates will at least try to help you, cause they need to make that money.
