Voting for racist ass Trump who would do nothing but cause my people and the country strife would be a really fukking ignorant thing to do just because my candidate of choice didn't get the nom. Not a single person that claims they would vote for Trump over Hillary is a liberal/socialist and not likely Black either. That would be the very definition of cutting off your own nose to spite your face. No conservative in the running will ever get a sizable percentage of the Black vote, regardless of whether Bernie or Hillary makes the general.

The black vote may prefer Sanders, but if we don't get the chance, we certainly aren't going to vote Conservative against our own best interests. The posters you see claiming they will do so aren't likely black IRL. I would rather vote for someone who is likely to make very little progress, or progress slower than I would like, than to vote for someone who would literally drag us backwards and undo the tiny bits of progress we have achieved over the last few decades.

It's crazy. Almost every young person I talk to is for Bernie. Was at a random house party and they all unanimously wanted Bernie. Most of my friends feel the same. I know ppl on here don't like the site but Reddit has the biggest hardon for Bernie, he's unanimously their favorite and it's really not even close.
