This nikka delusional, but should still probably be in the HOF.

You never really see NFL players do stuff like this. Typically there's a lot of respect for the upper room guys like Deion, Rice, Brady, Randy, Barry, LT, ect. Is there a backstory to why Asante is coming at Prime of all people?

He went at Revis and other greats as well.

Asante just likes trying to elevate himself by disrespecting legends.

It's more to playing CB than getting alot of picks. Asante was nice but there's levels

Hell they hardly ever even threw at Prime. Dude literally shut one half of the field down. Only dude comparable is Revis

Notice how all these other CBs love the T Step... but not Deion...shows a GOAT gonna see the game wayyyy differently than players levels below. Nobody could do it or see it like Prime thats what it comes down too. The argument is Mute.

Thats actuality a liability if youre a coach (like Deion is).

Theres a reason why many GOATs don't develop most talent very well. Those GOATs are used to playing with an athletic skillset even most good pro-caliber players don't have.

Ive never seen a modern CB call the T step trash, except Deion. When you look at Deions justification for calling it trash it boils down to his instincts and athleticism overcoming the technique something most NFL CBs are never going to have and even if they do they won't have for more than 5 years after entering the league.

Coaching a player should be based on developing what's available. Teaching very strong fundamentals and techniques that work for their natural skillset and building from there.

lol this is a prequel. We ain’t seen nothing yet.

If you’re not seen as the GOAT while you’re playing it won’t happen post career.

All facts.....which is EXACTLY why Deion >>> Asante.

Deion was GOAT with technique that probably doesn't work for 95% of DB's. Still got 50+ interceptions despite QBs not even wanting to throw at him.

Agreed that being such an elite athlete often makes you an iffy coach. It's why I always give Tom Landry...a lot of credit because he was a pretty damn good football player (DB/P) that became a legendary HC.

Deion vs Asante isnt even a debate. Asante only does this with people he wants to be in the convo with.

But saying "Deion was GOAT with technique that probably doesn't work for 95% of DB's" is like saying Prime Roy Jones was GOAT with technique that doesnt work for 95% of boxers. Its not technique at all its a bait that's based on fooling QBs that can't really be duplicated. What made Deion effective wasnt technique it was soley speed and ability. Some of the stuff Deion did (same as Roy Jones) are things that literally get everyone else benched because it will give up big plays when your name isnt Deion Sanders.

If you have a technique no one else can replicate it's not technique anymore it's athletic gifts. Technique is something you can knowledge transfer. Talent is something you cant.

I remember watching Deion play and legit being :gladbron: and in shock when a QB threw the ball his way. Thats how fukking good he was. The ball getting thrown his way would make you immediately stand up because you just knew it was finna be a pick.
