The big difference that non-Black poc miss is that:
Ashkenazi Jews are mostly German, Russian etc., descent. They look like most other white people except for the last name. They get white privilege and minority status.

This is what they don't get.
These companies already have "culture fit" tests and they were bombing them anyways. They'll just say "we dont really wanna hang out with you" and theres nothing they can do about it either.

Mind you, India is also a part of Asia. If Indians and Asians (as typically defined) are both in, they will win.
I actually feel like they are less inclined to give black workers a chance, rather than a white person. At least white ppl know some black ppl they grew up with to recognize everyone is not the same.
