I think he might be the Asian version of an American weeb or koreaboo. It's fascinating to think that whatever your culture is, there is somebody half way across the world that's obsessed with it.


A have a military friend that's Jamaican. Dude was shocked to get stationed in Japan and attend a dancehall/reggae festival filled with nothing but Asians. He says they had a handful of actual black Caribbeans there, but had a lot of Asians with locs doing that scissor dance Jamaicans love to do so much.
