Violate probation on a 12 year bid sex case and only get probation? Is there an example of this you’re referring to? I haven’t heard of anybody violating probation from 10+ years just to get more probation.

Happens all the time in Minnesota. You can look up the case files on these creeps. Just a bunch of probation violations.

Just saw a new article of an Asian judge in Minnesota giving an Asian woman 5 years of probation for a hit and run that nearly killed two pedestrians, and she had gone on the run for months. Made me think about this
