I know a black man that opened up a corner store in the city. He already owned a barber shop.

He ended up closing it down due to theft.

My point is, I think many black folks that could open stores in a hood don't want to deal with the headache of it. So they invest in things outside the community.

I know plenty of women that keep it natural at the work place. The majority of black females at my job are 40+. Matter fact I cant recall any of them wearing weaves.....nails maybe but not weaves. My supervisor is dark , west indian and has long silky hair like Aaliyah. Theres this one chick whos in her 20s and she's natural. A few old ladies wear wigs but thats different.


Plus there are numerous natural styles BW can use without using weave. Youtube has a shyt load of tutorals. U sound way off.
