Stop seeking “submission” from generations of women who stood shoulder to shoulder with black men picking cotton, getting raped and abused and shyt.

Black Americans have a very disparate experience than other non white groups, so the comparison just makes me ill. And NO I’m not saying black women are incapable of being submissive, I’m saying there aren’t very many avenues to express it.

As soon as u tell black American feminists to stop comparing themselves to other races of women and taking cues from them when it comes to feminism even tho they didn't experience the same things.
