You're right cause I have never heard any Asian make the argument 40-50% of students being white are stopping them from getting in. Their strategy was to fight over the crumbs since blacks make up the 2nd lowest % of students at elite schools (2nd only to native americans). They want the black slice to go from 10-15% down to zero

Asian lecturers and professors too. Just Google it. They catch several every year in the us alone for stealing of intellectual property.
I've heard Black women doing their PhD's saying that when you present your research you should be careful because all of a sudden the lecture hall will be filled with Asians taking notes and pictures.
I saw it first hand in Germany at a manufacturing expo where firms were presenting new methods and such..everyone was chilled but the Asians, all in matching black suits were snapping away and recording everything.
