What people fail to realize is that even though certain groups may appear to be overrepresented at these colleges they still have to adhere to the system of white supremacy in the workforce.

Most of the uber-weathly, upper-management positions of fortune 500 companies are staffed by white people, all 10% of those positions. Even middle-management positions are staffed by white people who might not be as academically qualified as someone who isn't white.

Maybe you're not from Cali but since there's no Affirmative Action in Cali, universities and tech companies out here barely got any black people. That's bad breh. California has the largest GDP in the country (5th greatest GDP in the world) yet black people can't participate in the tech sector because there's no AA out here.
