@phcitywarrior @6ixSigma Did you all ever buy property, and if so, how was the process? I'm looking at properties that I'll rent for my first year back, then buy a place. For now, looking at this townhome in Morningside or this (near) top-floor spot in Steyn City. Moving to Joburg is the primary goal, but if my plans change, I'm going to Cape Town. I'm still a good year and a half away from leaving, but you can never plan too far in advance. Plus, if those plans get pushed back, I have a four year visa
