Its not that difficult considering ive seen it happen so many times. You can literally watch the soul leave a person's eyes. When they say they feel like they are dying, its usually too late.

Yes they do. I had a guy I found dead who was nakes from the waste down, hunched over his bathtub with shyt pouring out of his ass. Rigor had set in and he was fixed in that position.
