This is true.. The 500 series Benz was the same for 6 years.. with minor adjustments to the front fascia..

7 series did a change up after 5-6 also..

With that in mind, why buy a 2012 at a price more than the 2006, if they look identical?

Yea I believe the Range Rover in all of its history doesn’t have even 7 redesigns.

The Mustang and Dodge Challenger which aren’t luxury cars have ridiculously long lifespan as well.

5-6 years is normal for most cars.

But cars like the Challenger except for upgrades on the lights have kept the same body for a decade or close to it
