Was the boxing gym or fitness club he claimed to own also fake? i recall a thread where he posted a clip of him looking around the relatively empty gym and said he jointly owns it with one of his business partners.

I'm sure that's a fake thing too. He said his lowest rate was $100/day and that most of his members were millionaires (ie $3100/month minimum)

You know how there's millionaires who don't know the price of common items in the grocery store? He might be the reverse of that.
