How's it feel to be the African version of native americans

When you look at it, technically the south African native Americans are the khoi and san people. They are the original inhabitants of certain parts of southern Africa.The Bantu came down from central Africa and settled in some parts before the CACs came thru and crushed the buildings.
CACs are evil man, you know the south African CACs actually invaded Namibia in the 80s or so. That why to this day, Namibian born before 1990 or so can be considered south Africans as and when they wish.

House prices are only now slowly starting to creep back up after the 2008 crash. If you've got the finances anyone can make money here. Holiday houses on the coast or normal houses in Joburg.

Joburg house prices for middle income earners are prolly from R500 000 ($50 000) for a 2 bed townhouse in an ok suburb to R1.5M ($150 000) for a 4 bed house in a good suburb. I can only speak of Joburg, property elsewhere is probably cheaper except for coastal cape town and Durban.

Fixed line internet is about R1000 ($100) per month for 4Mbps uncapped but speed is throttled when you reach a certain limit.
Mobile broadband is about R150 ($15) for 1GB bar the odd promos.
