im bed ridden and pretty much spend my days reading about rap and watching old rap youtube vids and playing my old 360, my mom basically is my caregiver as i cant walk and moving is very hard for me, but if any of yall are curious of what its really like to get shot, im open to whatever. i got clipped just below the kneecap during someone robbing me, alot of that was documented in another thread, butin this one, you guys can ask me whatever, i really dont wanna rehash how it happened other than i was robbed on my way to work in oakland sadly.

what was cray was that when you first get hit, you dont feel it, then 5 seconds later, oh i felt that shyt. its crazy...in the military i SAW alotof shyt, and...now i was on the receiving end, all i could do was call for help. i was in so much fukking pain, people came out to help and this young black womancame and held my hand and my head and told me it would be ok, i kept saying my sons name and my womans name over and over. I was bleeding bad, real bad, she held my hand told me to calm down, i sort of directed this mexican cat to put a towel over my bullethole like a dressing.

the cops got there and they immediately asked me who did it, i could barely speak and i was NOT in the mood to talk AT ALL. then the paramedics arrived, cut up my jeansand my favorite northface jacket (i legit was unhappy about that, i loved that jacket) and one of the paramedcs, i could tell he was new, hes like "you having problems speaking...mr, miguel?" also they couldnt figure out what race i was which was hilarious, im black brazillian, but im light skin, but i have curly hair, they also thought i was 22, i kept correcting them whispering "im black" "im 33" "i dont know who did it, give me morphine" lol.

it still hurts, ive lost most feeling in my foot sadly i may never run ever again. but its getting better slowly, the surgery they put metal or something in my leg, i dont hardly remember nothing but pain and my mom by my side praying. i was....man all i can say its been hard. its hard to move around, i had 2 blood transfusions from the blood loss. its been just real shytty. but i have my family and im alive. and i got to live out more pain by watching my warriors lose. im just thankful to feel. to watch, because i lossed alot of blood. this happned june 1st

i carried a gun in the military everyday, i never wanna carry again. i never needed a gun to feel protected and i sure as hell dont now

if it makes you feel any better we dont know shyt about neurons and how they work yet

the only thing we know is they need to be stimulated to grow

look into electrotherapy, even steroids just make sure you keep active to promote growth man
