How big is Chicago and why are the kids so violent?
52 north blocks to the middle(Madison Street) and goes south from there to 127th street. Downtown is like 12 by 12 blocks. There's a lake to the east so east Chicago is damn near Indiana.
Media blows things out of proportion, but kids are just being kids. Most of its because they don't have anything to do because there are no jobs. In the hood, you got GROWN ASS men and women working at Family Dollar, Menards, Lowes, etc , so the kids can't get jobs, so they do whatever they can. Can't really do shyt in the hood if you don't have a job but music sports or sell dope.
you think gangs are played out?
Gangs would actually be a good thing if they worked to better be community, but I've never seen that application
How does it feel living in bored ass midwest?
I live in Chicago so it's not boring here, other than this city, ain't nothing up here but cornfields. I'd guess it'd be boring as hell living anywhere but Chicago.

I had to go to a meeting in another building and the receptionists were hitting on me, after I went out the door I heard one of them say "Damn girl he look like Trey Songs" and the other said "Nah girl, you know trey songs bald now?" So I googled "Trey Songz bald" and the Trey Songz joining the bald club thread popped up. I saw the posting styles, and the smileys had me dead. I was like "these dudes got smileys for everything"
