I would do my Ted talk on cannabis abuse and how its overuse negatively affects your purpose in life, your day-to-day mood, and overall well-being. I would explain why many daily users suffer from depression. Then I would teach ppl how to use the greatest plant on earth effectively.

We had a TED talk competition at my uni last year, and shyt got real when people started talking. We were waiting to be entertained and educated. There's no real warm up, you have to hook the audience and keep them hooked, and they have to feel they learned something by the time you're done. I wouldn't want to do it.
