I thoroughly enjoy this game but I think the biggest issue is that the quests have no fail state. Either you die or you complete them. It's nice that they give a good look at Bayek the man but there's no adverse consequences if you make a mistake or take too long. There's no particular urgency to complete them, maximize stealth, anything of that nature.

Also I'm balls deep in legendary gear and max level so the rewards aren't that enticing. The biggest payoff is the writing.

One day later...hands cramping, eyes burning, on level 13. Loving this game. A little frustrating for me in the beginning (I couldn't block for shyt), but I'm getting it now.

Yeah but it's TOO long. A long game is fine but this game does feel a bit too long. It's my opinion though.
