In 75% of the world that is retirement money on a beach somewhere. It's about arbitrage abroad. It's not 2-4 years salary domestically, it's owning a business in Cuba, Ecuador, bali, Africa, south Asia, etc and never working again while sipping pina coladas on beach. Have servants and sht at your beck and call too.



Most of the US population won't ever have 250k liquid until they 65 wearing diapers in a nursing home. For one year sentence, worth it. Kids was her only mistake.
