Women aren't pandemic material. If they had the resources, they should have switched every woman with less then 5 years experience out of nursing and replaced them with military reserves as a state of emergency.
Women are best utilized in a smooth operation that doesnt have many changing variables. It's tough to deal with emotions and an ever changing environment that also requires them to risk their lives. How can a narcissist risk their life every day for other people. It makes no sense. Get them outta there and bring them back when the pandemic is called off.

Just require the most at risk groups to be vaccinated and there wouldn't have been an issue. Most the people getting fukked up are still the same groups of people

Yeah I’m an ICU RN as well and I’m working on finishing my masters to become a FNP. By that point I’m looking at working in a private clinic and being done with this hospital shyt.
If there was a job that had the same pay with less risk and access to men with prestigious positions and pay they'd be over there.
I guarantee most women get into nursing to find a man. The number of thotties in nursing is alarming. Whenever I go to a hospital you gotta get past 3 thots just to see a Dr. These narcacissts will juelz patients into the grave to save themselves.
Female nurses already have higher levels of stress then male nurses on the job without a pandemic so it's not a shock that when shyt gets real they all want to run away or talk about denying care to patients while working in a hospital. They aren't there for that shyt.
The woman is trying to survive not risk her life. Have her take 5

My lady in the medical field and I told her when all this started 'It's a pandemic, if you didn't want to deal with a situation like this you shouldn't have got a job in the medical field, the possibility was always there. That would be like me the electrician being scared or working with electricity, if you didn't want that risk don't even step up to the plate.'
She said 'Well I'm always gonna choose me and my child first, they can say whatever they want to about me, most women in the medical field feel the same.' and I was just shaking my head thinking this is the mentality of the majority of the medical field. When the pressure rises they will fold and we are all gonna be fukked, even though they knew the risks coming in.
my wife is doing tele-health today.. did it so she can stop being face 2 face with folks... legit is now trying to get away from this completely... said “I don’t know about this shyt anymore”... lol
