Some decisions it just shouldn't be up to a mortal man to make,abortions yes,but old Future and new Future is too much
I'm actually somebody who thought Dirty Sprite Future was very hit or miss,but True Story,Streetz is Calling,Astronaut Status
....Now he's had the new run and the output and quality is just as crazy
I disagree with people saying there is no change,I will say Future kindve took the "fun" out of his music if that's the right word to use....It still gets you hype so its fun on that level,but Futures delivery and the beats don't have that same upbeat,lighthearted,fun tone or quality to it....Its all gotten a little bit darker and heavier
On the flipside old Future could go dark and give you something just as heavy as new Future,but also new Future can give you a record like Real Sisters/Where Ya At thats a throwback to the old
...new Future also is sicker than he ever been with the flow and lyrically,but I think that's more by choice than him not being able to do it back in the day.
The choice comes down really to what vibe you pefer,and how important Futures minor advances in flow and lyrics are important to you.
At this moment I would take old Future because we've had a nice run of the darker Future,wouldnt mind seeing the fun,light hearted vibes come back for the majority on another project
....plus old Future could still give you as much Future Hendrix as you wanted...Im going to go with Astronaut just for the sake of diversity.
Migos giving me that lighthearted energy Future used to bring,but they don't know how to go heavy with it like Future did and switch the vibe up....You cant ignore Future started being taken more seriously when he left that behind...so there must be something bad about being seen as "too fun"....if new Future can learn to give us both vibes with none of the weaknesses,and still make the project sound cohesive
son tried to sabotage future and thought he would be bigger
. For some reason Welcome 2 Mollyworld always stuck out to me. When I was younger I didn't understand why "double cups and Molly" wasn't all over radio but you can't put something like that on radio
