My wife is a pediatrician now...so she hangs out with mostly other doctors...one of the doctors she hangs out with is a cosmetic plastic surgeon...

So I was asking her about boob jobs and why some of them look awful and the way she broke it down medically had me

Asked her about fake asses and the way she broke it down medically was and how some people can get it and it looks natural and you can't tell and how some people you can instantly tell and how sometimes it isn't actually "fake" at all
