Dirk Werner Nowitzki is my favorite athlete of all time...I will never forget his run to the finals in 11 and how he demolished that Heat super team...he went through prime CP3...LMA and Prime Brandon Roy...Bean and Gasol...KD and Russ...Wade, South Beach Bron and Bosh...one of the best playoff runs of all time

It took the absolute humiliation of that series for Lebron to reach his apex and beat up on the after school kids club that were the oklahoma city thunder...
If they just barely lose to the Mavs in 7 games then Bron probably never reaches the level he did to beat down OKC the next year...he probably is just like "well we were close we will get it next year" and the next thing you know KD and Russ picking up the belt Dirk left on the floor after he beat his ass...
But the "cough game"... getting locked up and shytted on by Jason Terry...Brian Cardinal coming in and just delivering non called flagrant foul after flagrant foul just because he could smell how p*ssy Miami was...the mavs partying in miami with Baby and Wayne hanging off the edge of their nuts after them dudes were rocking with the heat all year...fukking eric dampier tossing the heat in the bushes to go party with the mavs...
Bron took all that anger and hate and pain out on OKC the next year...

Dirk is def underrated. Remember there's a clip somewhere showing like his trainer and an assistant basically hitting him as he's doin fadeaway shots. Practices awkward shooting while getting fouled all day. It showed in 2011. He was hittin ridiculous shots making it look easy.

Lol that's a quite biased look, I suppose you are a spurs fan, right? Lol at texas teams giving him nightmares.
That's just a very big guessing really. If Bron lost in game 7 2011 he would have still been receiving same criticism and have been same laughing material like he was in 2011 because they were favorites to win it all. Him putting up that embarrassing series made him work stronger, not dirk outscoring or terry embarrassing him, those were secondary reasons. If Bron actually played just a little better a sweep could have been a possible case. Because they choked game 2 at the end, and game 4 when dallas tied the series was a very close game. There is no way in hell heat would have lost with Bron putting up his usual stats. His embarrassing stats made him work harder to shut the critics, also they finally built that chemistry the next season, Bron strives for greatness, players like barkley or dwight are the ones that would be looking for excuses after game 7 with shytty stats, aka "I'm still a champ dwight", rather than working harder.
If Dirk is the reason for Bron's maturing, then Celtics are that reason too, they beat him in 08 and 10, 11 was missing rondo with that injury (yes he was important to them back in 11), here in 12 once again a weaker team celtics leading the series 3-2, Bron does his outstanding performance and leads the team to the finals to finally take care of this shyt. Dirk ain't the only reason he matured.
