We've all had people we work with that we cant stand and reach the point where if they say one more word to you it's gonna be an altercation up at the workplace. Every job got that one nikka that make somebody wanna whoop that ass........I think Jim Harbaugh may just be that nikka

Harbaugh was a good coach and a winner but maybe the good he brought was outweighed by him annoying his superiors. You gotta be a hard muthafukka to get along with or deal with on a daily basis when you get fired AFTER going to 3 NFC title games and a Super Bowl

Harbs deserved to keep his job but if the owner was tired of him then I cant be mad at him for firing him. Kinda fukked up to let a grudge get in the way of business but shyt happens

He generally may be a tough person to deal with. Folks at Stanford and San Diego will tell you Harbaugh wears thin on people. But I still feel like as successful as the 49ers have been all parties should have found a way to make this work.

I do have a feeling he'll probably be at Michigan for 4 or 5 years then head back to the NFL.
