At Home Bar Must Haves?

Got my new apartment, and i wanna set the bar area up right. So far all i got is alcohol and pineapple juice. I went to this beach party last saturday and the bartender was making most the worthy drinks i ever had(nikka did it with takaa vodka too). All i know is he had a shaker and something he was pouring in the drinks on top. IDK if it was grenadine or bar syrup but that shyt set the drinks off epicly.

Recommendations?

I'm not that into mixed drinks, so I don't know to much about this. I drink beer or straight up hard liquor usually. But I recommend keeping some good whiskey, vodka, rum, and cognac in your bar, and you can probably figure out what mixers you would need for the drinks you like.

Not much of a drinker but this chick I used to kick it used to throw down.
Listed it before in a similar thread but my favorite drink she would make was pretty simple.
Peach schnapps, peach Sunkist, Grey Goose, and crushed ice. All you need.
Dangerous as hell because it tastes great so you'll down more than you should and not even be able to see straight the next morning.

Breh, if you want dat extra star. Never serve drinks with ice, and use Whiskey Stones instead. Put them in the freezer, and drop them in, they chill just as well as ice but never dull the alcohol with water

I always use fresh squeezed juices with 100% juice for mixed drinks..more expensive but it's worth the money??like I drink grey hounds..vodka/grapefruit Juice
