I don't put full blame on Travis Scott, but some of the blame should fall on him since he had the power to incite and diffuse the situation. He didn't have full power because of mob mentality, mind states warped by drugs, and all that, but he did have a good amount of power to stop it, or at least keep it from getting worse.

Thankfully more people didn't get injured.

For people that have seen videos in places like India or Turkey where folks would get trampled and think to themselves: "Man, those people sure are stupid", well I guess you see that it can happen in the USA as well.
