So every single time you went in there the eggs was expired


You don't have any other stores around you that have eggs for that price

Celery 1lb bag
Bell Pepper 3x

Back in 2015 that would been $50 bucks

Breh I’m planning on making a roast, why did the ingredients I need to cook total to $80?! And that’s with me having a few ingredients.

A pound and a half of chuck roast ranges from $20-25 in my neighborhood, shyt is insane!

At the end of the day, u can choose to eat expensive healthy foods or inexpensive healthy foods. Its the consumers choice.

There should be. It should also include healthy foods that are expensive and their inexpensive counter parts (ie coconut milk vs almond milk). Resources that are not common or harder to get are gonna be more expensive by default.

You dapped my post, yet still asking the same questions

"Small container of 3 things" = They are charging you for the 3 things, plus the cost to pay the person to put them in the same container, plus the container

What you should be asking is, "How much are these three things if I buy them separate and put them together my damn self in the container I already have at home."



Y'all are paying for convenience, the quality of the food, the store location, the price they pay their employees, their upkeep etc etc etc. Common sense will tell you the state of the art store that never makes you wait in line is going to have more expensive celery than the run down one in the hood. They both got celery though

Ahhh now it makes sense for you to be saying all this crazy shyt. Supermarkets are vastly different here in nyc than out there... on average whole foods charge you an arm and a leg for the same stuff you can buy at a regular c-town. But with inflation things have changed.
