AT&T Is Bringing Back Unlimited Data *with a big catch*

I'm struggling with the decision of going back. When I was on T-Mobile in like 2009, if you're weren't in the city or near the interstate/highway, your reception was They were also terrible inside of big buildings too. Looks like they've stepped up big time though. Thinking about getting one of those cheap pay as you go plans for a few weeks to see how the service really is when I'm out and about.

Make sure you have a phone that supports LTE band 12. That shyt makes a difference.

lol I get like 60-70mbs on Tmobile

the speed is negligible once you're at this level anyways. I got enough to stream from anywhere or browse the internet. cuz that's all the computing I'm doing on a cell phone.

Just did it. It's $205 for four lines for 3 months then drops to $165. Damn good price compared to what I was paying for them nickeling and diming the data.


FYI, the DirecTV discount $10 only applies when you unify your accounts to a single account. It puts everything on one bill and makes the due dates the same.

T Mobile is garbage. I live in New York City and the service was terrible..

I'm not fukkin with them ever again

Man you yanks get done dirty, here in the UK it's nothing to get unlimited 4G data, text & minutes with your mobile plan from £15 per (approx. $22)
fukk paying $100pcm

As someone said above most people never even use above mid tier data.

I contracted with AT&T for a couple months. the upper teir data plans are around 300gb ....I never saw any grand fathered unlimited plan over 50gb+/- in a cycle.

If you have a home with 6 people and multiple devices ok, but for one or two people a mobile share is fine.

Just be warned, the moment you get rid of direct tv you'll lose the unlimited. I work for the company. But if you keep it its great.
