oh you aint know ? AT&T caps internet upload speeds at about 10% or so...

from 3-18 mbs/download speed, your internet is capped at 1.5 mbs upload... 1.5!

to get 3.0 you need to get a 20+ mbs/download speed.. and I had to get the highest priced one (45 mbs/down) to get fukking 5 mbs upload...
