from 3-18 mbs/download speed, your internet is capped at 1.5 mbs upload... 1.5!

to get 3.0 you need to get a 20+ mbs/download speed.. and I had to get the highest priced one (45 mbs/down) to get fukking 5 mbs upload...

when I had comcast the upload speed was damn near identical or at least 50% of my download speed

i had no idea tht how that shyt worked, i just though upload speeds was just always i have 16mb down 1mb up right now

No they aren't, and regardless their Internet service shyts on the competition. My Internet speeds have doubled twice in the past year at no extra charge. Went from 25/5 to 50/10 to 105/25 at no extra cost. And in the last 3 months I've used on average of 700gb without as much as a warning.

ha, I have U-verse..ive never had a problem with them. I just pay for the low internet package and its been working great for online gaming, streaming, etc. I even got a visa card from them and they credited my bill some money when they messed up one month. To each their own tho

I know fiber optic is expensive but It's not that much, but yeah,instalation costs are the problem, they would have to open up a lot of shyt on the ground to pass the cables.
