AT&T Throttling Their Unlimited Data Customers

your speed is always limited though. my point is the phrase "unlimited data" really doesn't say anything about the speed you get that data

I remember one time i was traveling for work they thrashed my data
I was relying on using my phone to help me get around town. And at that point it could barely load a map. I found an At&t store and was like wth is going on with my phone

My shyt is unlimited. But it throttles you back when you 2.5gb. I watch sports on my phone so by the 3rd week of my cycle my service gets slower

Dunno about you but Im at 7gb and my girl at 11 for this month with no throttling...

I don't think any of that matters, if there selling you a plan and advertising a certain speed and not telling you that they will only give you 10 percent of that speed when they feel like doing that CLEARLY there will be legal implications to that egregious practice.

They fukked people, and they emailed me the subscriber agreement and it does not cover this this. they will pay

Some accept limitations. You have to understand that this is the same cat who pre-ordered an xbox one with all that DRM BS and was HAPPY about it.

WTF is going on? You with AT &T? Or T mobile..there are different kind of Tmobile unlimited plans? They give you 5gb or 10gb of high speed and unlimited data but it's slowed up for the rest of the cycle after you meet that initial limit. True unlimited isn't throttling or stopping anything..the throttle thing will send you a message telling you they about to slow you down like you're a ready made bytch I had to put a stop to that IMMEDIATELY
