he was the star of a show that did 20+ million viewers weekly

steve urkel was more famous than 2pac too
and just to add I think that the fact that he was the star of one of the most successful sitcoms of all time is the main reason why he as a black man was able to crossover to a movie star.

he combined comedy with being an action star in bad boys/independence day/MIB to the level that he low key was the death the of the roided up action star for the modern day.

Will has quite a legacy, what he has become in recent years is sad to me. Jada has played this fool the fukk out, it's pathetic, but let's not lie about what reality was, and I say this as someone who holds 2pac in higher esteem, just as his ex wife does. :dead: :wow: :mjcry:

Both :manny:

as a kid I didn’t know any white folks back then so I don't really have anything to gauge it on.

I feel like it was both their prime.

Will. Fresh Prince and independence day made him more mainstream than Pac.

Also what's with all the Pac threads today? The Coli still thinks it's 1996 :flabbynsick:
The Pac Industrial Complex will feed for another 50 years at least.

Who cares. PAC is a legend.

Will will be known as the guy who slapped Chris rock and his wife cheating on him while admitting pac was her soul mate.

Will lost
I think Will should have a much bigger legacy than this, but sadly the way recent years have gone idk.

I think Fresh Prince of Bel Air will always keep his legacy alive, and again 70% of that aired before 1996, so the answer is clear.

I think history will have a complicated view of both, especially as we get more and more dumb generations that will probably cancel 2pac for saying bytch in his music :francis:

PAC.

WILL WAS JUST A SITCOM
STEVE URKEL ASS nikka
AND A FORMER KID N PLAY nikka MUSICALLY

INDEPENDENCE DAY WAS HIS BREAKOUT ROLE
BUT HE HADNT REAPED
THE BENEFITS OF THAT BY THE TIME PAC DIED.

LIKE DUDE SAID...
NO ONE WOULD BE TALKING ABOUT WILL
IN 2023 IF HE DIED IN 96.

NOBODY TALKS ABOUT URKEL
NOR KID N PLAY IN 2023.

People still talk about Chris Farley even though he didn't even have a famous movie. He was just big on SNL

Fresh Prince is legit popular around the world and Independence Day was a top 10 grosser of ALL TiME when it came out. And Will carried that shyt given how the sequel didn't do shyt without him

YET HERE WE ARE STILL TALKING
ABOUT PAC IN 2023.

THE MATH DOESNT ADD UP

You’re not factoring in that dying also makes you legendary/popular. Look what happened to Nipsey after he died. If 2pac or Big were still alive they might be like what 50 cent status is now.
