Story time.
One of my big homies was married to a broad - classic stunner, about 5’10, slim, long, pretty curly hair.
I knew these two through Church and due to us being from the same neighborhood...so like,
I know both of their parents and their parents are cool with my parents, etc.
Anyway, you can imagine she had a gang of niccas trying to get her. But she knew my dawg basically from
the sandbox, and he is that dude, doe - 6’4”, solid built, good family, connected, had his own business as a CPA. They got married young, about 24 I wanna say.
All was cool, they had a son soon after and all that thurr.
However,
my Mama used to work with another friend of our family - basically he was the same age as my folks
and the parents of the couple I’m talmbat. They all know each other.
Dude and Mama work for the same company but in a different department.
So one day at work, my Ma goes to Ol’ Dude’s desk to bring him a file or whatnot...
and she sees that Ol’ Dude has a little picture in his office of my dawgs’ wife.
Ma calls my dawgs’ mama and asks what’s up with that. Of course his mama investigates.
Come to find out Ol’ Girl been banging Ol’ Dude for a few months...basically, right after she had
my dawgs’ baby and her plumbing got back set again. She was feeling insecure about her body
because she had the baby, and Ol’ Dude was on the church board and she confided in him and
he “comforted” her and told her she’s as beautiful as she’s ever been and she’s always been lovely
and everything will be fine, etc. and not long after that it turned into “the laying of the hands”. Lol
Ol’ Dude was twice her age at the time...but she always looked up to him, and my dawg was
“always working”, and whoompty whoomp wham. As you can imagine, this became a big mess.
Two divorces came out of it, two remarriages - one of whom was not the two that cheated.
Ol’ Dudes’ wife got remarried to an Army Vet - complete 180 from the kind of guy Ol’ Dude was.
Ol’ Dude got removed from the Church board (as you can imagine) and he felt some type of way
about it, so he placed out and moved to another state salty. Ol’ Gurl (of course) loved him, so she
took my dawgs’ son and went with him. Ol’ Dude (as many old dudes do) is basically just doing him
and not giving a damn about nothing - last I heard he’s on some Biker chit...but he ain’t married Ol’ Gurl
or nothing after all these years.
My dawg moved to California for a bit to get his head right (his brother lived there)...and he
remarried a chick who looks almost the exact same as Ol’ Gurl. He clearly has a type. Lol
He doing aight, doe. His son got old enough to decide where he wants to live and he wanted to live
with his daddy. He look just like his Mama in the face doe.
True story...and that’s just one.
my “uncle” (older cousin) has facial skin like edward james olmos for as long as I’ve known him and I’ve never seen him with a woman over 25…about 20ish years ago he had a 19 y/o living with him (younger than I was) when he was either in his late 30s/early 40s
idk if that’s a bragging point as I’m now older and would never see myself doing that, but she was a bad looking thing tho…looked like a dark skin young halle berry with the haircut to match…dude has just always been mad cool/laidback tho…makes sense cuz when we were younger he was the only uncle that we felt was relatable/could talk to…dude would let us chill at his spot all the time
