Currently one of the women I’m seeing is 27yrs. I honestly don’t look to go no lower than 35. Median income is irrelevant now that the price of housing, cars, gas, and groceries has gone up. $60k in 2015 was good money if you’re living with in your means.

If you have a house already and refinanced just a couple years ago you are MORE than living fine.

Living within your means, literally means living within your $$ lol. Not buying a new car that’s $700 a month, cooking from home and having leftovers, etc.

Coming into the housing market NOW is tough, but if you’ve been established and have it locked in just a couple years ago you are paying 1200-1400 on a mortgage that now costs 2200-2400

I hate it for young Brehs. 60k is 5k a month. After insurance, 401k match, taxes let’s say you are looking at $4,000 a month take home.

Perhaps experiences differ. All throughout my life I had this experience, but going after young women is not what I do. Most of the time my girlfriends were older.
