I dont think this story went anywhere because Danny Boy was clearly lying. He claims to have met Mary when he was 15...at the 1995 Source Awards.

I think most people agree that once you're 18, it's a non issue. But this is a different situation tho. Because Cassie was clearly drugged and abused. There's clear video of her being kicked, stomped, and dragged around like a raggedy Ann doll.

I should say it is an oversimplification…. When neuroplasticity was proven to be a real thing, I believe people went back to the drawing board.. Old science stated your brain stopped developing period at age 25..The articles below may shed a lil light on the subject….

The crux of the issue is that people are impulsive and are more apt to make bad choices until the age of 25 due to an undeveloped brain…. and no one has proven that to be true..
