This is when all people with swag develop swag. Unfortunately I wasn't naturally gifted with swag, I didn't get it until about 24 or so. But that late bloomer run I had between 24-30 was

Realized how swagless I was at 18. Was still wearing baggy clothes and basic shoes early in early college. It wasn't until my cousins brought it to my attention that I realized it..I was completely oblivious to it.

Steadily improved since then.
