At what age did you "Find Yourself" ?

I was born in the 90's. So yeah, I'm young.

There is no such thing as finding yourself.
You are who you create.
Self is not estranged in some Brazilian rainforest.
Waiting on you to travel abroad from the sewers like Leonardo in a tmnt movie.

Self is you.
If you are black, in America.
You may have difficulties ever creating a monetarily successful self.
Yet that should not prohibit you from creating selfworth of high value.
self worth is not built upon monetary gain or spoils, either.

You know the more I read about psychology and about frame of mind, the more I find this to be real shyt.

For the most part, preception is everything. You can become any kind of person you want.

I just don't know what the fukk kind of person I wanna be yet. I still got a lot of learning to do.

A lot of people need a deathstar.
I just pray nobody has the deathstar adventure I had.
To recreate my third psyche after my second self and psyche were lost to post traumatic shock. after what happened to me.
I was pretty much an astral form who was not connected to the controls.
It took a lot of clinical sociological help on the couch and will of self.
Plus my own actual sociological know how.
To re-establish and recreate my psyche or self i employ now.

I am a culmination of a new person mixed with knowledge and psychological growth from my past.
I had to work at it, it took like eight years.
Most people who suffer from post traumatic shock like i did.
I can see it, on their face and actions.
The woman who gave me this house.
I treated her well because before she told me something happened to her.
I could tell what probably happened to her.

So, when she opened up, i was able to listen and help her.

Terrible point, I'm interacting with people long after I've established who I am. Nowhere did I say to cut yourself off from people from the rest of your life, just that finding yourself while relying on others is pointless.








You're trying to use segregation in prison, a form of punishment in an argument on people finding themselves, really?

Some people turn their lives around, but it's such a small amount that it's almost negligible. For every Malcolm X, you got 20 dudes who get out and end up back in the system.

You'll never find yourself if you have to rely on social interactions with others, if you're perfectly fine being alone then you've ultimately made peace with who you are.

You don't need different perspectives, the only one that matters is your own, and having other perspectives shape yours isn't really helpful IMO. If you ask most people where they found themselves, it was probably when they were alone.

If that's what qualifies for finding yourself then I found myself a long time ago, I've always been a loner since I was kid in middle school

Exactly. Niccas believe that prison is a rite of passage where manhood develops. Prison is really a domesticated Vietnam where no one really recovers.
