A curfew? Its about that time for you to get out of there. I turn 23 next month too and I've been home since I graduated last year. I'm saving a lot of money, and I could afford to move out now, but its kind of lame. I should probably start taking this apartment search seriously.

I make a boat load a of money every month...I write the old lady a $600 check every month and thats it....All my paycheck goes to my savings.

I will be crossing the 6 figure saving mark in about 8 months from now.

Although I have a condo which I bought and rent out as well. I will get another condo sometime next year, clean it up and rent it out.

I can always get a sucker to pay an inflated rent. There are plenty of those on craigslist

I did this for a min, until I was in grad school, etc. Then after I finished all my education I finally got my own crib.


Its amazing how much money you can save up while living with your parents. No bills and free food.
