At what age did you start taking life seriously?

You know from a new born all the way to 18 years old you do not have to worry about anything in "normal" circumstances. When did life hit you in the face and you matured and went on to do actually start to do something with your life?

When my wife(girlfriend at the time) got pregnant with my daughter. I was 22 at the time and fukkin up in school. It was a reality check, and really made me get my shyt together. When I graduated they gave us a rose to give to the person most influential in our success. I gave it to my daughter because without her I probably never would have took school seriously.

13. I always just found a lot of the shyt people partook in, juvenile or pointless. I probabaly shoulda went to some more parties and fukked some bytches, but in highschool i meant business from the beginning. No pun intended.

No regrets though as I compare myself to alot of waste youtes i grew up with who are doing nothing in life
