At what age did you stop adding sugar to your cereals?

Maybe by 12-13

Frosted flakes with 2-3 spoons of sugar was like crack in cereal form with the amount of total sugar. No wonder i loved that shyt as a kid, I never thought about it until now

I very rarely did this in the first place unless it was plain cornflakes. Most other cereals are more than sweet enough already.

As an adult I've rarely even bought or eaten cereal so it's a non issue. I do put some nutrisweet on Oatmeal when I make it though.

When you poor and can't afford those name brand companies, you add sugar to the cheap ones.

And I stopped around 14-15 when I started wrestling/football. Sugar makes you exhausted by early afternoon if you take it early.
