It hit me hard at 31

I've seen a lot of men really start to think about it around this age. Is it because you've just experienced the clubs, partying and just want stability now?

I'm 33 and for the first time in my life, I seriously want a child and a family. Like now.I'm recently married, so hopefully it happens in the future.

Congrats! That's beautiful to hear and I wish you the very best :blessed:

I'm 28 and already thinking about settling down and having children. I want a junior badly lol. My parents aren't old by any means, but I would like for them to experience what it's like to be a grandparent. When the time is right, it'll happen. Want the mother of my children to be the one I spend my life with.

That was nice to read. I can tell you'll be a great husband and father just by your words :ohlawd:

I didn't want to even think about settling down until I had my career straight but that was luckily at 21. The average age for that seems to be 27 and up

I'm not sure if I wanna be a father cause I don't think I'll be a good one.

I'm that nikka when it comes to being an uncle tho.

Same, I really like being around my little nephew  I'm not fixing to be a father though. Being an uncle gives me the opportunity to be a mentor to my nephew. It gives me what I perceive as one of the coolest things of fatherhood, the opportunity to teach someone and help them grow; but without none of the responsibilities and obligations of being a father. I'm cool with it.

I think men start thinking about it when they find a woman they can see themselves having a family with

22. But only because I don't want to be in my 50's when my kids become adults and I wanted to still be lil athletic when they are in High school so I can coach them right

I had my son when I was 27, I think that's sorta the perfect age to have a kid. You're still young enough that you can be active with little toddlers, but you've lived enough life to generally be satisfied and ready to settle down a bit
