CRYINGYou know these old heads spent their pension money to look like Money Man too.![]()
The problem is that early 80’s style was more classic and timeless. The flat cap Kangols, the shearlings, the corduroys, the wallabee Clarks, the butter leathers. All high quality shyt. All that style from the old Jamel Shabazz photos was fire.I think OG's dress like their own era. Like the Ving Rhames look is for brehs born in the 60's. Older brehs born in the 70's/80s will probably still dress like they did in their prime. Hoodies, fatigues, fitteds
When u hit 40 we gonna see a name change ? #At40WeCashOutNever for me. I'm damn near 40 at this point (Time flew @At30wecashout) and im still rocking polos, jeans and khakis, with a pair of Lakais.
Nope. 10 years ago I was 26 and trying to find my way in life. I made a mental plan of what I wanted to get to but did not have the steps...so I made a hard timeline. At 30 I was going to cash out. 4 months after my birthday I went from serving food to old folks from 6:30am to 7pm to a cushy IT job that finally paid me enough to pay down my bills. From 12.40 an hour to 21 something. Now almost 6 years later I am working with my org to switch to a Sysadmin and trying to clock 90k cash but that 150k+ total compensation package. All this with no degree. By 40 I should be more concerned with how much I contribute to my 401k and where I am taking my girl than cashing out. This is the point in my life where I just need to keep pushing for new roles and challenges as well as maxing my pay increases. The chase to get out of retail and hospitality is long over unless something goes wrong in life. When u hit 40 we gonna see a name change ? #At40WeCashOut
My moms husband dresses like this
I love it tho. He’s always color coordinated, got on nice cologne, the shoes stay clean and that straw fedora superglued on his head. He and my mom’s are in their 60s so you can imagine how she dresses to complement his style.![]()
This!!You already know that nikka nice in spades lol
